i found the staff very polite. buse from the sheraton club lounge was very attentive. hande from reception was also very helpful.
the wi-fi was sometimes slow. but i didn't mind it too much.

The staff was very cute and professional. They assisted me with all my needs. The housekeeping team did an excellent job. My room was super clean and well kept. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, which I really appreciated.
